This weekend will see the end of this year’s DTM championship and Bruno Spengler intends to finish on a high note at a track that saw him triumph three times in the past.

Hockenheim is one of the Canadian driver’s favourite places. The three wins he enjoyed there (2006, 2011 and 2012) hold a special place in his heart, especially the last one, that allowed him to cement his championship with BMW in 2012.
The 2016 season was another story for the Québécois, however, he firmly intends to help BMW in their championship bids, whether it is at driver’s, team’s or constructor’s levels. He will do what is needed to help the team, as BMW stands a chance at all three levels.

“Hockenheim is another highlight of the DTM season at the end. The ambiance is always very special at the final race weekend of the season, and the large number of fans provides a fantastic atmosphere. And then there is the track, with its long straights that are good for overtaking. No doubt there will be an exciting end to the season.”
